Role Description

We are looking for a senior agile test leader for a comprehensive IT program focused on establishing a modern and integrated system support for service trips. The assignment includes responsibility for test strategy, quality assurance, and test management in a complex delivery environment with multiple dependencies, integrations, and parallel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own, plan, and drive the overall test strategy within the system development track.
• Ensure that the development work is carried out with high testability and quality in focus.
• Quality assure and communicate the overall picture regarding systems, subsystems, integrations, and dependencies to other services.
• Coach and lead the E2E test team, particularly in test automation and regression testing.
• Perform and coordinate testing and validation of software in the project's various systems.
• Support the business during acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Senior agile test leader with documented experience working closely with agile development delivery with small, continuous releases.
• Experience in testing at multiple levels, including advanced end-to-end testing.
• Experience in driving and managing automated tests at multiple levels.
• Experience in business testing.
• Experience working in complex and high-intensity project environments.
• Ability and willingness to work operationally with testing when needed.
• Very good proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Experience in close collaboration with project management, product owners, and development teams.
• Solid experience in agile methodologies.

Meritorious

• Experience with larger programs with multiple subprojects and complex integration landscapes.
• Experience in establishing or further developing test processes, test data management, and test environment strategies.
